Budget

The Huston Township Board of Supervisors tentatively approved the 2020 budget on at their regular monthly meeting, November 7, 2019. This budget will be available for review by residents at the township office, Tuesday mornings and Wednesday afternoons or by calling 793-2381 for an appointment, until December 5, 2019, at which time the budget will be approved.

Woodbury Borough’s 2020 Budget is posted for public inspection in the Woodbury Post Office. It will lay open for the amount of time required by Authority regulations (currently ten days) and will be adopted at a subsequent meeting of the Woodbury Water Authority, but in no event later than December 31, 2019.

The Taylor Township Board of Supervisors have reviewed the 2020 tentative budget with no tax increase which will be available for public inspection at the township office, 7217 Woodbury Pike, Roaring Spring PA 16673, during regular business hours Mon.- Thurs. 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The proposed budget will be adopted at the regular scheduled board meeting on Monday, December 2nd, 2019 at 6:00 pm at the township building.

The supervisors will hold their annual reorganization meeting on Monday, January 6th, 2020 at 6:00 pm at the township building.

The Board will consider the appointment of a Certified Public Account or firm of Certified Public Accountants at the Jan. 6, 2020 reorganization meeting to examine the accounts of the Township for the 2019 fiscal year, in place of the elected auditors as permitted by PA Public Law 350 of Nov. 1995, 53 PA.Con.Stat. Ann. §65917, as amended.

The Taylor Township Auditors will hold their annual reorganization meeting on Tuesday, January 7th, 2020 at 9:00 am at the township building.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Freedom Township Supervisor’s tentatively adopted the 2020 Budget with no tax increase at the November 5, 2019 meeting. The Budget is available for review at the Township Municipal Building, 131 Municipal Street, East Freedom, PA 16637, during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Budget will be adopted at the December 3, 2019 regular scheduled meeting at 7:00 p.m.

The supervisors will hold their reorganization meeting Monday, January 6, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

The Freedom Township Auditors will hold their reorganization meeting Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.

The Freedom Township Supervisors will consider the appointment of a certified public accountant or a firm of certified public accountants to perform the 2019 audit at the January 6, 2020, meeting.

The Freedom Township Water & Sewer Authority will hold their reorganization meeting Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
