Stiffler McGraw engineer John Clabaugh discussed with Williamsburg Municipal Authority, during their last Tuesday evening meeting the requirements for application for a small water/sewer grant application. The Authority, Clabaugh explained needed a certification of ownership for the meters they wish to replace, a resolution to apply for the PA Water/Sewer Grant and a 15% commitment funding of the project, slated to cost $97,487.50.
