Better Cable Promised

Martinsburg and Roaring Spring have been promised better cable television service within a month.
At the borough council meetings of both communities Monday night, a representative of United Transmission Inc., explained the problems in cable service and promised that customers would see improvement.
Both towns had registered formal complaints about poor service.
