Central

The Mountain League Cross-Country Championships took place Oct. 16 at Penns Valley. The weather didn’t cooperate as the conditions were rainy and wet throughout.

In boys’ action, Central finished in sixth place. Top finishers for the Dragons were Luke Knisely (24th in 19:48), Kocher (26th in 20:10) and Tyler Biesinger (27th in 20:11).

On the girls’ side, Maia Jeffries crossed the line in 21st place with a time of 24:18. Lauren Crilly was 24th with a time of 24:38.
