The Northern Bedford County High School boys’ soccer team snapped a 23-game losing streak Sept. 10 with a 4-1 victory at Forbes Road.
Collin Yeatts scored two goals and had an assist for the Black Panthers. Teammates Evan Coffey scored two goals and Austin Bartholow had two assists in the win.
“This was our first win in over a year and it was well deserved, NB coach Marcus Yeatts said. “Our center defenders, Drew Childers and Hunter Corle, did a good job of controlling the game from the back. We moved the ball well on the ground and created a number of scoring chances.”...
