From the 'Burg to Your Kitchen

As with the Williamsburg Community Farm Show, one of the most popular items there is the food.

Taking part in all the delicious fair food is one of the highlights of the farm show, especially for me.

I decided to give out two fair-inspired recipes that can delight you even when it’s not farm show week.

Fried Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 quart vanilla ice cream

3 egg whites

3 cups crushed Cornflakes cereal

1 tsp. cinnamon

2 quarts oil for frying
