MARC-Service, Inc., of Windber was awarded the final bid (Bid No. 3) during last Tuesday evening’s Williamsburg Municipal Authority meeting.
The HVAC company would be installing heating, ventilation and air conditioning in the new water treatment facility. The bid was, according to Authority Boardmember Jon Clabaugh of Stiffler McGraw, “under budget,” at $28,500.
Pending review of the bid from both Stiffler McGraw and the authority solicitor, boardmember Daryl Cole made a motion to accept the bid and sign the contract. Boardmember Stan Grove seconded and the motion passed.
