Another native son of the Bedford county end of the Cove has made the supreme sacrifice in France. Word was received that Pfc. Joseph Warren Reasy, aged 21, is missing in action since June 12. The young man is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray B. Reasy, the family for the past two years having lived at 204 West Plank road, Altoona. He was born on a farm near New Enterprise. The family lived in that section until about ten years ago when they moved to Roaring Spring where they lived until going to Altoona.
