Ice Cream Cools Heat at Roaring Spring Train Station

Hundreds of people including Lila, 3, and Adele Dorich and their dad Ryan from Johnstown (left photo) enjoyed the ice cream special train event Saturday, July 20, at Roaring Spring. Passengers boarded a steam-driven train at the Hollidaysburg Depot, traveled to the Roaring Spring Historical Society Depot and enjoyed an ice cream treat before making the round trip back to Hollidaysburg.
