The Taylor Township Supervisors’ July 8 meeting opened to a packed house of concerned citizens.
A couple residing on Cemetery Avenue in Roaring Spring attended to ask who owns the road. The residents said upgrades and repairs to the road are not being made and the potholes are becoming dangerous. The road deteriorated tremendously after the construction of the Hunt Club development and all the heavy construction trucks accessing the building site.
They had contacted Roaring Spring Borough assuming it was its road, only to be told that they did not own the road, Taylor Township owned it. Taylor...
