The May meeting of the North Woodbury Township Board of Supervisors was held at the township building on May 1.
Mike Ritchey from the Curryville Water Authority updated the board on the status of the authority. Larry Lashinsky, township solicitor, informed Ritchey that an Inter-municipal Agreement will likely be needed and that the township would have to guarantee any loan from Pennvest. A meeting will be held soon with the CWA, Pennvest, Unitec and the NWT supervisors to review the status and future plans.
Residents are reminded that they may not bring their collected garbage to the township...
