Pennvest Offer Accepted By Municipal Authority

The Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (Pennvest) offer of $4.384 million to cover three municipal projects was accepted during the May 7 Williamsburg Municipal Authority meeting.

The motion to accept the 20-year loan was made by Daryl Cole with Stan Grove seconding; motion passed.

Cole also made the motion to authorize the project out for bid and to advertise in the Morrisons Cove Herald with David Myers seconding; motion passed. The authority will open bids for projects in July.
