Three Face Charges After Child Found Walking Streets

Three people are facing charges of child endangerment after police say a 3-year-old boy was found alone, walking the streets of Roaring Spring.

According to the charges filed by Roaring Spring police, a man discovered the child walking by Greenlawn Cemetery on Hunt Club Lane at around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 6.

The man who found the boy told police he tried to take the boy home, but because the child could not talk well, he led the man toward the other end of town.

After about 90 minutes of trying to find the boy’s home, the man called police for assistance.
