Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf has said the state is "falling behind" on keeping up with the rest of the country when it comes to maintaining its infrastructure.
From aging transit systems, crumbling roads and bridges, water and sewer systems, increasing blight in its cities and even broadband service, the Commonwealth is in desperate need of an upgrade.
To address the issue, Wolf has introduced a $4.5 billion plan called "Restore Pennsylvania," which he said will restore aging systems and bring needed services to parts of the state where it is currently unavailable.
