A new business has opened its doors at the former district magistrate building in Roaring Spring.
Located at 800 E. Main St., next to the Roaring Spring Fire Department, M & M Enterprises offers tax preparation services as well as payroll, bookkeeping an consultation services.
While the business might be new, the four partners have more than 110 combined years of tax preparation experience. Prior to embarking on this new journey, the partners worked for a national tax preparation franchise and a local accounting office.
The partnership consists of Susan Mohr, EA, of Bakers Summit; Linda Smith of Bedford; and Tammy Bogel, RTPT, and Debra Meade, both of Roaring Spring.
Janell Yingling of Curryville is the office manager. SueAnn Feather of Roaring Spring and Denise Loose of Martinsburg are part-time office staff.
M & M Enterprises has more than 1,000 established clients and is accepting new clients at this time. The women prepare a variety of tax returns, including the basic 1040 (personal tax return), small business, clergy, farms, partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, estate returns and property tax/rent rebates.
The business offers drop-off service or will schedule an appointment and prepare returns as their clients wait.
M & M Enterprises offer its clients year-round support, not just tax season.
The office is open Monday through Saturday during tax season with adjusted office hours during off-peak times.
