Lady Dragons Move To 7-9 on Campaign

It was a great week for the Central Lady Dragons as they swept a pair of home Mountain League contests. After pounding Bald Eagle Area, Central won a close battle with Bellefonte.

On Jan. 22, the Dragon defense dominated play, holding BEA to single digits in each quarter including a shutout in the third frame.

The Lady Dragons jumped ahead 12-3 after one quarter and led 24-9 at halftime. The third quarter was a 7-0 whitewash before BEA won the last quarter 7-4, setting the final score at 35-16.
