According to Stiffler-McGraw engineer John Clabaugh, an “oversight” on behalf of the state Dept. of Environmental Protection will push back application for Pennvest funding for the upcoming Williamsburg Municipal Authority projects. Pennvest is a state authority that provides grants for infrastructure projects.
