Killer of Roaring Spring Woman Resentenced to Life in Prison

When the United States Supreme Court ruled that mandatory life sentences without parole for juveniles under the age of 18 (unless it can be proven they are unable to be rehabilitated) were unconstitutional, thousands of cases – some decades old – were sent back to local courts for resentencing.

One of those cases was back in Bedford County Court on Thursday, Dec. 20, in front of Judge Travis Livengood.
