The Williamsburg High School girls’ basketball team fell behind by 37 points at halftime at Bellwood-Antis on Dec. 14 en route to an 83-45 setback.
B-A jumped all over Williamsburg in the first quarter, leading 31-11 after eight minutes. The lead swelled to 57-20 at halftime. The Lady Blue Devils won the second-half scoring 26-25. They won the third quarter 22-13.
Emilie Leidig and Alli Campbell led B-A with 26 and 25 points, respectively.
Alexis McMonagle paced Williamsburg with 11 points, including two 3-pointers. Kassidy McChessney added nine points in the loss....
