JEAN M. SMITH

Jean M. Smith, 90, of Martinsburg, passed away on Wednesday morning, Dec. 12, 2018, at The Village at Morrisons Cove.

A funeral was held on Saturday, Dec. 15, at Memorial Church of the Brethren, Martinsburg. Pastor Chris Garretson officiated.

Interment was held at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.

Jean was born on Dec. 9, 1928, in Frederick, Maryland, daughter of the late Rev. Tobias F. and Alma G. (Koontz) Henry.

She married Mahlon D. Smith on May 15, 1959, in Winchester, Virginia. He preceded her in death on Feb. 21, 1973.
