St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Roaring Spring, will hold a “Blue Christmas” service at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21.
The service will be for those who may be having a difficult time this Christmas.
“Friday, Dec. 21, is the longest, darkest night of the year,” host Pastor Amanda McCaffery said. “For many though, that darkness lasts more than one night, and can be overwhelming, especially during the holiday season. The service will be a time to worship God, even in the darkness of our laments.”
