Jeanne Black, 94, of Roaring Spring, passed away peacefully Thursday, Aug. 15, 2024, at Homewood at Martinsburg. She was born Dec. 1, 1929, the daughter of the late William and Francelia (Wagner) Alexander. She married J. Edward Black Nov. 23, 1950, and he passed away Nov. 25, 2001.
