Borough Manager Joe Lansberry, during last Monday’s Williamsburg Borough Council meeting, talked about the numerous calls and complaints the Borough office has had about stray cats. There is currently no ordinance limiting the number of animals at a residence nor is there an ordinance prohibiting the feeding of stray cats.
