    Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Cookies Ingredients: 1/2 cup cocoa 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 egg 2 tsp. vanilla 1-1/3 cups flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
