    Voters who went to the polls last Tuesday to cast their votes for their favorite candidates were met with a new, simplified way to vote. Adhering to the state mandate that all votes have a paper trail, Blair County’s new paper ballot system made its debut.     An East Freedom man is behind bars after being arraigned on multiple charges for the sexual assault of two underage girls in two separate incidents in 2018. According to charges filed by the Hollidaysburg State Police, Brandon S. Holsinger, 18, sexually assaulted the two girls, a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old, within two days of each other in December 2018.     Dave McFarland of the Blair County Planning Commission was present during last Monday’s Williamsburg Borough Council meeting to explain the details of a grant received by borough and other surrounding participating municipalities that pays for most, if not all,of the new comprehensive plan for the Williamsburg area.     The Woodbury Township supervisors approved advertising the 2020 budget with no tax increase.     Stiffler McGraw engineer John Clabaugh discussed with Williamsburg Municipal Authority, during their last Tuesday evening meeting the requirements for application for a small water/sewer grant application.
