    Woodbury Borough Council met Nov. 2, at the Woodbury Area Community Center. The council tentatively adopted the 2021 budget, which would include a real estate property tax increase from 1 mill to 1.5 mills. For the average homeowner, this would cost approximately $20 more a month and provide about $6,000 a year to the borough. A raise has not been initiated for about 10 years.     The Greenfield Township Board of Supervisors approved a revision to the township’s burning ordinance at the request of township residents during their Nov. 4 meeting.
