    Two ordinances were updated during the regular meeting last Monday of Williamsburg Borough Council Ordinance No. 395, which amended previous ordinances, banned the possession of vaping or vaping equipment by minors in the borough. Councilmember Bruce Hamilton made the motion to approve with Councilmember Ed Patterson seconding, and the motion passed. Ordinance No. 396 updated parking ordinances.   • Emergency crews on the scene of a tractor-trailer rollover

    As of 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 21, Cove-area fire, EMS and emergency crews are on the scene of a tractor-trailer rollover incident at Cove Mountain Road and Raystown Road. Reports from the scene are that a tractor-trailer rolled over. Crews at the scene are preparing for a medical helicopter landing. Initial reports were that the driver was trapped in the vehicle but this has not been confirmed.
