The Roaring Spring Borough Council kicked off its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Sept. 9, by saying goodbye to a long-time employee and welcoming his replacement. Residents voiced their concerns last Thursday evening, Sept. 5, at the Woodbury Township meeting regarding the proposed nuisance ordinance. Some residents received a draft copy of the ordinance. The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (PDA) held the inaugural meeting of the Pennsylvania Dairy Future Commission on Sept. 3. The commission, the result of Act 66, signed by Gov.
