    Wayne Baker, a resident of Catharine Township, presented a laundry list of questions to Catharine Township supervisors during their meeting last Thursday evening in Williamsburg. Baker asked for an update on Oak Alley, which he has maintained for about 15 years. Three years ago, the supervisors said they would take care of it.     Next month starts the beginning of the season for local cloggers. Located in Newry, the Horseshoe Cloggers will begin their weekly lessons for anyone who wishes to learn. The group offers dance lessons for clogging, which is defined as a dance form distinguished by its unique tap shoes and fast-paced footwork.     During Citizens recognition time at the Taylor Township Supervisors meeting, Dave Aiello asked if the new nuisance ordinance would include fireworks, which he had a great deal of trouble with this year. He also asked how the township could enforce the ordinance.
