Taxpayers in the Claysburg-Kimmel School District will see an increase, but only half of what it could have been. At its Wednesday, May 10 meeting, the Claysburg-Kimmel School Board voted to approve the 2023-24 proposed final budget with a 3-percent tax increase, half the 6 percent Act 1 allowable limit.
