    The Friends of the Martinsburg Community Library met on Jan. 21 at the library. The Friends have themed baskets each month to raffle. All proceeds benefit the library.   • EPA Awards Funds in Pa. to Restore Streams in Chesapeake Bay Watershed

    The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on Feb. 18 announced the award of $464,200 to the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) to hire eight employees to assist with stream improvement projects in Pennsylvania’s portion of the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
