    Andrew Helmer, a Cove Forge Behavioral Health Center representative, attended the Feb. 7 Woodbury Township meeting to say that Cove Forge has agreed to remove the ropes course out of the township’s right-of-way.     Zachariah Richardson of Williamsburg discussed his proposed Eagle Scout project with Williamsburg Borough council members during the Feb. 4 meeting. Richardson said he would like to use the old plaques that used to be displayed at the entry way of the Williamsburg Veteran’s Memorial Center to be displayed on a memorial wall at the Memorial Park on High Street.     Gas prices in Western Pennsylvania are five cents more expensive this week at $2.512 per gallon, according to AAA East Central’s Gas Price Report. Only three Mid-Atlantic and Northeast states have more expensive gas price averages on the week, including Pennsylvania (+2 cents).     The Martinsburg Volunteer Fire Co. held its annual banquet and awards ceremony on Saturday, Feb. 2, at Morrisons Cove Memorial Park. After the welcome and invocation, a complete chicken and beef dinner was catered by Frederick's Meat Market of Roaring Spring.     PennDOT has announced that the Altoona Driver License Center at 1738A Ninth Ave. in Altoona has reopened for driver licensing and photo services. The center was closed on Jan. 12 for renovations. PennDOT has also expanded hours for the Altoona location.
