    Members of the Martinsburg Volunteer Fire Company responded to 243 calls, including 218 emergency calls, during 2019, according to a report filed by Randy Acker, fire chief.     A suspicious package discovered at the Blair County Airport contained no explosives, according to State Police. Emergency personnel were called to the airport at around 7 a.m. after the packages were discovered on airports second floor. After a TSA scan showed possible explosive material, airport officials called 911. Local law enforcement and State Police arrived on the scene and evacuated the immediate area.
